Accessibility

Effective date: August 16, 2026

Kynective is committed to providing digital experiences that are usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA and to improve the accessibility of this website as its content and features evolve.

What we are doing

  • Using semantic page structure, headings and landmarks.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Designing responsive layouts that support zoom and different screen sizes.
  • Using labels and instructions for forms and interactive controls.
  • Reviewing colour contrast, motion, menus, accordions and media controls.
  • Working to improve caption and transcript coverage for video and podcast content.

Known limitations

Some video and audio interfaces are provided by third-party platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo, and parts of their experience are outside our direct control. Our archive includes older media that may not yet have complete caption or transcript coverage. We are reviewing this material and prioritizing improvements based on use and request.

Alternative formats and assistance

If you need information from this website in another format, or need assistance accessing any part of it, contact us. We will work with you to identify a suitable option.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback helps us improve. Email hello@kynectivemedia.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please tell us which page or content you were trying to use and what barrier you encountered. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.

Review

We review this statement at least annually and when significant changes are made to the website.
